Fishers, Indiana. Hamilton County, SE. Object due east, flashing reddish orange lights. 9:45 pm saw red orange object flashing to the due east at approx. 28 degrees above the horizon. Looked thru binoculars. Saw flashing dark object in red, orange, lights. White sparkling lights around the object. Approx 20-30 White objects descended from high up. Went infront of and around the red object. Descending rapidly and arching to the south east to out of sight. As the white objects descended the red orange lights went off. A green light to the left, white center light and red light to the right came on. Also, a white strobe occurred on the right and then turned off. The object commenced flight to the west slowly picking up speed to a passenger jet speed and ascended to above the cloud layer.
