Cigar Ufo Recorded During Rain Storm In Appleton Wisconsin On May 31 2013 Similar To The Old 1870 Sighting

This sighting was caught by a guy who walked outside to his porch to have a look at the rain and noticed a long cigar shaped UFO in the clouds. No blimp would fly in that kind of weather...remember lighting usually strikes the highest targets.
Such cigar UFOs have been seen for thousands of years or more and recorded in photos since the 1800s.
This above photograph depicts a cloud formation over the summit of Mt. Washington in the Winter of 1870 - 1871 - along with a UFO! One can see a cigar shaped object.
