"(A sighting) happens to millions of people (sequence the world)," Philip Haseley intended. "It's about time we looked in vogue this as a competent area of delve into. Haseley teaches at Niagara Area Gathering Arts school and is head of the Western New York Conventional UFO Grid, an array specific on UFO research.
