El Sr. John Podest'a, Jefe de su Equipo de Transici'on apareci'o en el Canal de Ciencia-Ficci'on en favor de revelar lo que sabe sobre los OVNIs y ha estado seriamente involucrado en este tema.

Por lo tanto, los abajo firmantes, investigadores de OVNIs que pertenecemos a varias organizaciones, solicitamos respetuosamente que Ud. considere adoptar los siguientes pasos durante su Administraci'on, a fin de cambiar de una vez por todas esta absurda situaci'on:

1) Solicitarle al futuro Director de la Oficina de Pol'itica sobre Ciencia y Tecnolog'ia y co-presidente de su Consejo de Asesores en Ciencia y Tecnolog'ia, Profesor John Holdren, la formaci'on de un grupo con el objetivo espec'ifico de revelar al p'ublico dentro de 3 a~nos, todo lo que se sabe oficialmente sobre el tema OVNI.

2) Hacer responsible a ese mismo grupo,de un plan educacional a lo largo de esos a~nos, a fin de preparar al p'ublico para el anuncio que se har'a entonces.

3) Entre tanto, asignar a la NASA o a una organizaci'on civil a ser creada, la tarea de recibir e investigar denuncias de OVNI, analizar toda la situaci'on e informar las conclusiones al Consejo de Asesores en Ciencia y Tecnolog'ia.
