Maria flipped on the back lights, and looked through her dining room window.She saw her dog laying on her back, with all fours straight up. She appeared to be either dead or unconscious. The family kept the dog chained to a pole at the rear of the backyard. She called to her dog, "Dora, Dora, what's wrong Dora?" As she lifted her eyes to the back fence, she was startled to see two creatures, which she took to be alien beings. They were standing just behind the back fence, and looking straight at her. One of the beings was only a few steps from the dog, with the second being close by. She describes the beings as about three and a half feet tall, with large oval heads, and big, slanted eyes. Their skin was a pale gray color, with only slits for mouths, and two small holes for nostrils.They also appeared to be naked, with very slim arms. She then left the window, and walked toward her husband's bedroom, but something strange happened on the way. She was compelled to go, not to her husband's room, but her daughter's. Maria than told their story to her husband, who slept in a separate room which faced the back yard. He did recall the dog barking the night before, but thought nothing of it. I am writing this report for my girlfriend, as she is nervous in wanting to tell this story. This event took place towards the end of October, 2010, in a duplex in the woods of Troy Hill, PA. My girlfriend recounts this as a "dream", but the way she tells it and remembers it so vividly scares me and I believe that this could have actually happened. She has never had any odd experiences in her life so for her to have this "dream" seems really strange. I, however have seen my fair share of strange things in the sky and fully believe in aliens and all of that. I convinced her to let me tell this event as it may have actually happened and I would like you guys to check it out, we are willing to discuss the event further and answer any questions you may have. Here it is. I am typing this as she speaks it from here on out. I remember it being very early in the morning and I woke up to 5-6 beings in the room. There was a little one standing in front of my closet, 2 tall ones, 1 standing on each side of the little one, 1 to the left by the base of the bed, and 1 or 2 standing off to the right of our bed. The little one was staring at me, not making any sounds or gestures, but by the way he was I guessed that he might have been their leader. As he was looking at me the tall ones started moving around the room, at this point I tried to get up and couldn't move any portion of my body, and couldn't scream or do anything. We were sleeping on an air mattress, so we were only a foot of the floor. One of the talls came over and got behind my head and peered over me, looking down at me, then he walked away. Then him and one or two of the other talls went over to where my boyfriend was sleeping, at this point a bright shining light came through the window and was shining on the floor of the room, lighting up the entire room. As it got brighter, the little one and 2 of the talls moved towards the window and the light and I couldn't see them anymore, I lost sight of them. The rest of the remaining beings all converged on the light and window, and as they are getting close to the window my boyfriends body starts to levitate, lifting into the air. At this time I'm not worrying about the beings as I'm focusing on my boyfriend elevating into the air, I regain the ability to move and I start screaming and crying and I jump onto my b/f's body. I remember the impact of me landing on him lowered him out of the air a little bit but he continued to rise, I'm still screaming and I lose sight of the rest of the beings. It gets super bright, and thats all I remember of the event until I wake up the next morning next to my boyfriend, unusually late. I remember waking up, sweating, and feeling very frightened and it being around noon. I felt like I woke up later than I usually did, and I was very groggy. My b/f also felt like he had slept for way longer than he did, and felt like we had both lost time. He had no memory of this as he stayed asleep the whole time during the event it. Now she told me about this "dream" and that's when I told her about my experiences with seeing things in the sky. What scares me is that she can describe this story with amazing detail, and vividly remembers their faces and everything. Editor's Note: Many of our regular readers are no doubt familiar with David Biedny's personal account of the dramatic UFO sighting he and his family experienced while living in Venezuela in 1974. The following account as published in the periodical, "2001" was uncovered by researcher Hector Escalante in collaboration with David.

The report affirms the scale of the event and the multitude of witnesses that observed the crafts-"FW".

MYSTERIOUS OBJECTS IN THE SKY OVER CARACAS

SEEN BY THOUSANDS; MALQUET'iA RADAR PICKED UP NOTHING

There was no explanation until this morning about the phenomenon that was a source of concern for thousands of residents of Caracas and that was immediately associated with the controversial notion of "flying saucers, following the quick flyby of four luminous objects crossing the skies of the capital city within 15 seconds. Interpretation of the controversial event is the account that no nocturnal overflights by combat aircraft were involved, and that the Radar Operations Center at Maiquet'ia, from where the objects were also sighted, did not pick up anything on its various electronic systems.

ON AN WEST-EAST DIRECTION

Transit of the unidentified flying objects was witnessed by thousands of persons. Dozens of phone calls were received at the "2001" newsroom as from 11:30 last night, requesting information on the matter. Reporters of this newspaper, returning from an assignment in Maiquet'ia, also witnessed the flight of the luminous objects, along with other people who saw them in places as distant as Catia or Prados del Este.

Among the witnesses is a commercial airliner captain whose name is kept confidential and who provided a more nuanced version in accordance with his logical awareness of aeronautics. Our source explained that it was a formation of four luminous objects - a main one, lacking a tail, and three acting as "escorts", leaving a luminous wake as they crossed the heavens - which appeared in the southern area of Caracas at 11:30 p.m... The formation was located at an elevation of between ten to fifteen degrees over the horizon, crossing the skies over Caracas in a West-East direction at prodigious speed. The four objects vanished - to the eyes of the informant, who was located at Prados del Este - behind the hills of Petare in the La Lagunilla sector. The flying objects covered the entire distance in no more than 20 seconds at a speed far in excess of any known jet, and making no noise whatsoever.

This account was confirmed by passerby on Avenida San Martin, as well as others in the capital's downtown area and even by residents of Los Ruices.

AT MIRAFLORES AND MAQUETIA

News of the unforeseen and inexplicable appearance of the unidentified flying objects became known even in the Miraflores Palace, where President Carlos Andr'es P'erez and his Ministerial Cabinet were holding an extended session at the moment, one whose outcome was expected by dozens of journalists. The event was remarked upon, although there was no formal interpretation of the occurrence.

Possibly by official request, the Radar Operations Center at Maiquet'ia reported that the flying objects had been visually detected, but that no electronic device had recorded their transit, as would have been the case with airplanes. The matter acquired an incredible context when it was established that no commercial flight had passed over Caracas and that the General Air Command had asked Maiquet'ia for a report on the subject, which proves that no nocturnal operations by Mirage supersonic fighters could have been the cause, as some suspected. A similar request for information was also made by the Ministry of Defense, as was learned in Miraflores. This corroborates the non-existence of any flight over the skies of Caracas.

In the early hours of the morning it was learned that the luminous objects had been seen only minutes before 11:30 p.m. over Marcay and Valencia, where the possibility of nocturnal exercises was also raised, given the proximity of the Palo Negro air base. This suggestion was discarded, like the others, and as of this morning the strange phenomenon still remains unexplained, waiting for the Cajigal Observatory to put forth one final possibility: that it was a meteor shower, even when this alternative has been dismissed in advance due to the fact that meteorites fall in semi-vertical trajectories and do not fly horizontally, much less maneuver, as was the case last night.

APRIL 20, 2013 - MARS - Proclamations about life on Mars are typically cloaked in mystical language, sketched with broad qualitative strokes that cause reflexive aversion among scientists used to the realm of mathematical rigor. Carol Stoker, a staff planetary scientist at NASA Ames Research Center, is hoping to change this. She's come up with a four-component equation that calculates the probability that a particular site is habitable. The relevant factors are 1) Pw, the probability that liquid water is present, 2) Pe, the probability of a biologically usable energy source, 3) Penv, the probability of a non-injurious environment amenable to life, and 4) Pc, the probability that the chemical building blocks of life are present.A habitable environment? In a presentation at the Present-Day Habitability of Mars Conference, Stoker broke it down further, describing each parameter with data from the Phoenix Mars Lander's landing site. Pw: Photographs taken of the soil below the spacecraft showed agglomerations of material that seemed to disappear, leading many observers to invoke liquid brine droplets. Pe: Biologically usable energy could come in the form of sunlight or particular chemicals. Both are promising. Sunlight is abundant, noted Stoker, and "though UV radiation is sterilizing, there could be transparent glassy mineral grains that are capable of blocking the UV and admitting photosynthetically active wavelengths of light." Chemical energy - possibly utilizing perchlorate as an electron acceptor and hydrogen, methane, sulfide, or iron as an electron donor - is also available. Penv: There are a lot of factors at play when determining if a martian environment is sufficiently welcoming to life. There must be enough available water, an acceptable pH (Phoenix measured 7.7), mechanisms of protection (i.e., a rock-based niche to avoid UV damage), and a temperature within the known biological growth range (for most of the year, Phoenix's site was well below the necessary 253 K). Pc: The six elements most integral to life - carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorous, and sulfur - were all detected by Phoenix. The only complication: nitrogen was not detected in a "fixed", or biologically usable, form.Ultimately, Stoker's equation indicated that the probability that the Phoenix landing site is habitable is approximately 40%. "No other site has comparably complete measurements of all of these factors," she explains, "so this is the best place to make this full calculation." The probabilistic treatment is reminiscent of the Drake equation, a formula that estimates the number of detectable extraterrestrial civilizations in our galaxy. These approaches are inherently very noisy, given our poor resolution on the quantitative values, but Stoker's equation is a move in the right direction, a well-reasoned enactment of a scientist's instinct to treat problems quantitatively. In the process, she's helping to move the discussion of Mars' habitability from the realm of misleading simplicity to compelling, if incomplete, statistical rigor. "Establishing habitability," says Stoker, "requires more than just following the water." - WIRED.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was walking home from work, September 24th, and as I was walking down Fifth Street to my house I happened to look up at the sky for a brief moment, I seen nothing out of the normal until a sudden movement in the sky caught my eye. I looked up again and saw three silent oval glowing (white) disks. I continued to watch thinking maybe it was just my eyes playing a game on me but after about 20 seconds I realized it was legit. The disks stood still for another 10 seconds before slowly switching into a rotating triangular pattern, in which lasted roughly 5 seconds, after they started moving slowly south, and then shot off in a streak of light.

I got this interesting tweet the other day, sent to my @markoconnell 1 Twitter account:"If you do not live in Mexico you can also join #beWITNESS. Scientific evidence of alien life bewitness.mx"When I saw that Mexico was involved, my first thought was that this tweet had something to do with the big "Roswell Slides" reveal coming up this May 5th in Mexico City. Then I read the bit about "Scientific evidence of alien life and I knew I was wrong, because of course the "Roswell Slides reveal has absolutely nothing to do with "Science" or "evidence" or "alien life.

Needless to say, this piqued my interest. Could there be another spectacular UFO event coming up in Mexico? That would be pretty wild!

Then I clicked on the link and discovered that this was, in fact, nothing more than a pitch for the "Roswell Slides reveal. What a disappointment... Still, there I was, at the website, staring at a headline announcing "May 5, The Change of The History," so what could I do put plunge forward and try to understand the true scientificiness of this landmark event?

I am so glad I did, because I watched the slick video on the website, and here's what I learned:

* "Confirmation of the existence of beings from other planets" is going to be hard to walk back on May 6th"
* "The supposed aliens come from not just one planet, but "planets"

* The slides will be presented with "holographic technology," just like the scientists use

" * "For me, this is a climax," says undoubtedly poorly-translated promoter Jaime Maussan"
* "There will be "10,000 witnesses" on May 5 "
* "The graphic of the crashed saucer looks suspiciously like the crashed saucer image from the 1963 Twilight Zone episode "Death Ship," which in turn used the C57-D spaceship prop from the 1956 movie "Forbidden Planet" -- 'cause it's all about provenance, you know"
* "Edgar Mitchell took a wrong turn on his way back from the moon"
* "Tickets to the event are available through Ticketmaster"

About that last point... I was in so deep already, I didn't see any harm in clicking the Ticketmaster button to see how many greenbacks it would cost me to get a front-row seat at this once-in-a-lifetime event.

A lot. The nosebleed seats are too expensive for me. They're going for a cool 360. The front row seats will set you back a cosmic 1,570. That's a 1,210 premium to sit about 80 feet closer to the scientific evidence.

I ran these numbers past my wife and, after I performed the Heimlich maneuver on her due to the fact that she started choking on her lunch, she said, No wonder these guys hate it when you make fun of Roswell. It's the goose that laid the golden egg!"

2013 SIGHTING: UFO SIGHTING IN MONTICELLO, FLORIDA ON SEPTEMBER 23RD 2011 - THOUGHT IT WAS LARGE SATELITE UNTIL IT ABRUPTLY CAME STRAIGHT DOWN FOR A SECOND OR TWO, THEN RESUMED ORIGINAL TRAJECTOR BUT GLOW FADED

I was walking the dog- he likes to chase coyotes unless retrained. We live in the country and it is very dark at night. I was watching for meteors when I saw what I thought was a satelite coming out of the west, moving east. It was larger than the satelites we usually can observe and was not on the same path they usually follow tho. It appeared to be exactly overhead when it made an abrupt downward turn and brightly flared. It then resumed it's original trajectory but the glow faded and I lost sight of the object. I am totally convinced that I witnessed a re-entry. I felt very elated, hoping that it was our technology.

Recently, a program included UFO researcher and former U.S. Army Sergeant, Clifford Stone.He spoke about his covert work with the military, helping to recover crashed discs, and communicating with ETs. In one such operation, he said his team came upon a heel-shaped craft that was embedded in the ground, and an alien, similar to what is described as a "grey," lying outside the ship.Having had ET encounters as a child, Stone said he was called upon to communicate with the captured alien being, who was being held in a military facility. I live in Campbell River Vancouver Island British Columbia and have had experiences like that person had. You wouldn't believe I will not go into the woods alone anymore, not even in my truck. I had my truck lifted and placed on the passenger side one night while parked waiting for a friend just north of the Strathcona Dam right on the Gold River Highway. Whatever it was ran right back into the bush where it had come from and screamed exactly like the guys on the "Finding Bigfoot" show. Why does it take 3.5 years for a major agency housed at Bolling Air Force Base, D.C., to process a freedom-of-information request? Though, in my case, that don't-hold-yo'-breath waiting period may not have exceeded a few stalls incurred by some other FOIA requesters, it nevertheless stands as a monument to the Murphy's Law of FOIA Processing: "If we can avoid timeliness, we will do so." This official, "kiss off, pal!" mind-set alone ought to qualify the offender for that dubious distinction created by the National Security Archive at the George Washington University (http://www2.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/) - the Rosemary Award, named after Pres. Nixon's personal secretary (Rose Mary Woods), caretaker of his missing 18.5 minutes of (presumably) juicy audiotape during the Watergate scandal. As I present to you the text of the dismissal reply of Oct. 23, 2013, from the DIA FOIA office to my request of April 27, 2010, I want you to know my intention to FOIA-seek a copy of the entire case file on that request. If the Agency chooses to spend another 3.5 years ignoring my effort to help resolve the underlying whistleblower revelation, then I'm game to stay in the game. After all, what's at stake here may well involve the Agency's role in fraudulent concealment of a CRIME - i.e., the alleged UFO-alien abduction of a young federal employee in 1977, as documented and investigated via the DIA-managed "Operation Tango-Sierra."

TEXT OF THE 23 OCT 13 "NO RESPONSIVE DOCUMENTS... WERE FOUND" LETTER TO LWB:Dear Mr. Bryant:
