The video was captured using a windows based software called UFOCapture as you will be able to see at the bottom of the screen in the video. This software works with a camera device and records the video directly to your hard drive. The software also works with motion detection so you can just set it up and leave it in hopes to catch something interesting.
The 30 second video shows the very brightly lit orb flying close to the ground and illuminating everything in the area, changing its flight direction numerous times. The change in flight path leads me to believe it is not just another Chinese Lantern UFO sighting. The orb almost seems as if it is scanning the area looking for something or observing its surroundings. The description of the video don't really give us to much of a clue of what's going on but does say that the wind was blowing in the direction of the UFO's travel. The object in question moves very swiftly from one side of the frame to the other, much faster than a lantern would move in the wind.
