Although we had only observed one orb/sphere...Chinese lantern my behind. I was in Blissfield MI on 8/17/13 and it was after 10pm...I was outside smoking sitting on my man's front porch I noticed a light I thought it was an airplane, then it changed colors from white to pink around the outside to bright red, I called out to my boyfriend he came outside. I told him it went behind that tree we both ran out in middle of his front yard facing east then low and behold there it was...hovering in the sky.. it then changed colors just like it had done minuets before. Wow it then made an abrupt decent. We both know what we saw on the 17th. When I read tonight's paper, all I got to say is Chinese lanterns my ass! I still have goose bumps and I know what I saw I too am too darn old to tell stories.
